1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Helindex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Helindex is a programmatic SEO operating system that provides keyword research, cluster architecture, content generation, WordPress publishing, and performance monitoring tools for SEO agencies and professionals.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Helindex offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, Scale) with monthly or annual billing. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Usage limits (sites, pages per month, keywords per site) are enforced per your selected tier. Exceeding limits may pause certain features until the next billing cycle or an add-on purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing enforcement
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through Helindex. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated pages, keyword data, or site configurations.

You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending content to AI providers for generation, publishing to your WordPress site).

7. Third-Party Integrations

Helindex integrates with third-party services including WordPress, Google Search Console, Stripe, Anthropic Claude, DataForSEO, and Firecrawl. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Helindex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
